A note from the founder...
After losing my mother to cancer, I found out I was pregnant just one month later. I entered motherhood carrying both grief and hope, with very little guidance and even less support. It was simply my partner and me learning everything in real time.
At 40, I was healing, breastfeeding, adjusting to a new identity, and often struggling to find the time to nourish myself.

With my background in nutrition, personal training, and over a decade in wellness, I understood how deeply food affects mental, emotional, and physical well being. Yet I could feel in my own body how much harder this season was without proper nourishment.

I began to wonder:

What if food were treated as part of healing, not an afterthought? What if mothers were supported not only emotionally, but physically through real nourishment?
That question quietly became a purpose.

When my daughter Charlotte arrived, everything changed. Through her, I experienced love, vulnerability, and strength all at once. She became the reminder of why this work matters - why nourishment, presence, and care should extend to both mother and child.
She is the heart of Mommy & Me.

Mommy & Me Meal Company was created to support mothers in the spaces where they are often overlooked - offering nourishment that feels like care.
