At Mommy & Me Meal Company, each meal is freshly prepared with care using high-quality ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain the following refund and satisfaction policy.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Orders may be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before scheduled delivery. Requests received after this time cannot be accommodated, as meals are already being prepared.

Because our meals are freshly prepared and perishable, we are unable to offer refunds once meals have been prepared or delivered.

 

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, credit, or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring meals are promptly refrigerated upon delivery.

 

Mommy & Me Meal Company is not responsible for quality issues resulting from:

• incorrect delivery details

• unattended deliveries

• meals left unrefrigerated

• improper storage or reheating
